Conflict Resolution

This half day workshop introduces the different aspects of conflict that may be experienced within the workplace environment. The course explores recognition features and strategies required to resolve conflicts, including communication skills, recognising warning signs, cultural awareness and de-escalation techniques.

Assessment & certification

Assessment of group presentations.

Successful students receive a certificate of attendance.

Course corresponds to NQF learning outcomes at level 2.
